My vitamin B12 level has been at 138 for the past two years and I'm having bowel movements three times a day. I've already tried taking Vitcofol injections, five doses of 2 ml, but didn't notice any improvement. I recently heard about Metacobalamin tablets and was wondering if I should try them.
