I've been diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia and my doctor recommended biofeedback therapy. Is there an effective Ayurvedic treatment for this condition? I'm open to either surgery or medicine but want to know what works best.

My vitamin B12 level has been at 138 for the past two years and I'm having bowel movements three times a day. I've already tried taking Vitcofol injections, five doses of 2 ml, but didn't notice any improvement. I recently heard about Metacobalamin tablets and was wondering if I should try them. What's the right dosage? Is there another treatment that might help?

Yes ,continue all the medications as advised by the physician , tablet is taken once daily, orally, for about 3-6 months for better results.

I've had an anal fissure for a couple of years and currently manage it with a diet low in non-veg and more fruits like apples and guavas. Is surgery unavoidable in the long run? I really want to control it naturally what would you suggest?

While a naturally managed approach to anal fissures is great, surgery isn't always unavoidable and depends on the severity and duration of the fissure. A good diet, hydration, and regular exercise can often help, but chronic or non-responsive fissures might require further treatment, including surgery.
