I don't know what's going on, but for the past two years, my dad keeps getting these sudden scratches on his skin. We've consulted a few doctors, but nothing seems to work. Can you help us figure out what's causing this?

View allI've been dealing with this really itchy scalp issue, and it's getting worse. Whenever I scratch my scalp, these tiny crystals or granules come out under my nails. There's also a plaque-like thing on my scalp, and because of it, my hair is falling out and I feel even more itchy. It's really frustrating. What could be causing this and what should I do?
To help with the itching and flaking, you can try using a medicated shampoo containing coal tar or salicylic acid. Make sure to leave the shampoo on for at least 5-10 minutes before rinsing off. Additionally, you can use a topical corticosteroid solution on the affected areas of your scalp. It is important to follow the instructions provided with these products and use them regularly for best results.

I'm wondering if Soframycin skin cream is safe to use for cuts on the glans of the penis. If it's not the best option, can you suggest another cream that's more suitable for healing glan cuts? Really looking for the best recommendation.
I would recommend using an antibiotic cream like Neosporin or Bactroban. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected area twice a day for optimal healing. Remember to keep the area clean and dry to prevent infection.

I'm looking for some advice on a good brand of minoxidil solution that's available right now. Could you also explain how to use it properly? I've been hearing a lot about it for hair growth and just want to make sure I understand everything before starting.
