I feel light fever at regular intervals. My liver function and kidney function test reports are attached. Please review?

Light fever could relate to minor infection, post viral fatigue, or inflammation. LFT/KFT will show if liver or kidney issues are present. Mild deviations are common. Avoid self medication. Consult a doctor if fever continues beyond 7 days.

Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

View allSir, my recent LFT reports show bilirubin at 1.86, SGPT at 42, and SGOT at 45. I have done LFT tests three times over different weeks. While SGPT and SGOT levels have decreased (SGPT: 65 to 42, SGOT: 55 to 45), my bilirubin has increased from 1.2 to 1.86. I have been taking Udiliv 300 and Tocofol as prescribed by a gastroenterologist. What should I do next?

My husband has had diabetes for one year and was diagnosed with fatty liver 6 months back. Recently, he did HbA1c, which shows 5.5, but random sugar was 177. Lipid profile shows triglycerides 317 and HDL 26. LFT shows conjugated bilirubin 0.6. Vitamin B12 shows 1046. I am very worried about these reports. Please explain if it is okay to have such values or if any further tests are needed to identify the cause of these elevated values. If not, how can these values be lowered?

I recently had my LFT done, and my test report shows higher than normal values for SGOT (AST) and SGPT (ALT). I would like to know the possible causes and how to bring these levels back to normal.
