Sir, these are my reports. Liver bilirubin direct is 0.50, ALT SGPT is 63, hemoglobin is 17.50, PCV is 51.40, RBC is 5.76, lymphocytes in DLC are 41.70, monocytes in ALC are 0.18, glucose fasting plasma is 107, LDL is 106, and HbA1c glycosylated hemoglobin blood is 6.8. Kindly tell me if I am a healthy person or not. What is the problem?

Slightly elevated liver enzyme and borderline diabetes. Lifestyle changes needed. Hydrate well; repeat A1c in 3 months.

Sir, my recent liver function tests show: SGPT: 300 SGOT: 600 GGT: 600 Bilirubin: 1.24 I am under treatment by a gastroenterologist, who says that heavy alcohol consumption on an empty stomach has caused the elevated liver enzymes. I want to quit alcohol and would like to know the risks associated with these high liver enzyme levels. What precautions should I take?
