Please explain if it is okay to have such values or if any further tests are needed to identify the cause of these elevated values. If not, how can these values be lowered?

After one week my test report showed serum conjugated bilirubin is 3.95 and serum unconjugated bilirubin is 1.80. I am not understanding how serious I am right now?
