I forgot to take my hair fact kit dose on Friday, so I'm wondering if I should take the missed Friday dose on Saturday or just stick with the Saturday tablet. What do you think?

View allI'm a bit unsure about something regarding my daughter's skincare routine. You mentioned on Saturday that she should use Dermadew cream or Fairlite in the morning. But she was also told to use Clindac gel for her pimples in the morning. Should she still keep using the gel, or is it just one of the creams now? How should we be using these together?
when ever she has active acne then she can use clindac gel during bedtime, rest of the days she can contine those creams, donot use both the crames at a time.

I've been dealing with this itching problem for almost 25 days now, mostly in the lower part of my body. It started on my thighs and around the genital area. I used Fourderm cream, and the itching in the genital area got better, but my thighs are still really itchy. Now, it's even affecting the area below my knees, with the intensity changing day by day. Some days it seems to get better, and then it comes back. I've also noticed small red spots on my thighs but not below the knees. I'm really worried about what could be causing this and what I should do next. Can you help?

I'm really worried about my brother's hair loss problem. He's tried so many medicines but hasn't seen any results yet. He recently stumbled across this product called Reffolium online, and we're wondering if it's actually effective for hair loss or just another scam. Also, we're considering options like hair transplant or weaving. I'm curious if hair transplants are safe or if there are any side effects he should be aware of. If he goes down this path, do you have any recommendations for a specialist he should consult?
Refolium would work in nourishing and giving strength to hair, this will help in hair fall upto some extent, balanced diet and good rest is the mainstay, regarding hair transplantation visit Dermatologist for appropriate approach.
