I found lumps in both breasts during a sonography the right one is 5.2 x 2.5 cm and the left is smaller. I'm unmarried but sexually active sometimes, and there's no family history of breast cancer. Should I be worried? Do I need surgery or can medication help shrink them?

Hey, I'm really worried because my D-Dimer level is at 670 ngmL, which I know is higher than the normal range of up to 500 ngmL. I've also tested positive for COVID and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. I'm really concerned about the risks of blood clots in the placenta. Can you tell me how I might be able to bring my D-Dimer levels down? Also, is it necessary and safe for me to take a Clexane 60 mg injection? Would really appreciate your guidance on whether it's mandatory.

I noticed my girlfriend is taking Endogest 200 tablets and recently, she's been having irregular periods, sometimes being delayed by as much as 56 days. I'm a bit worried and not sure why she's on this medication. Is there a specific issue that these tablets address? We're planning to get married in a few months, so I'm also wondering if this could affect her chances of getting pregnant. Can you provide some insight into this?
