I found out I have a 3mm cyst in my uterus and I'm 32 years old can this be treated with medicine or would I need surgery? I'm a bit worried about what the best option is for my age

Hey, I've been having this weird situation with my period for the last two months. It just doesn't stop properly. It halts for like two days and then starts again with either a little spotting or suddenly, these heavy clots show up. Itll be calm for 23 days and then bam, its like were back to the beginning. I'm really worried because I've been having a lot of pain on the left side of my stomach and irregular periods for about a year now. I recently had an ovary scan and they found follicles. It's been really tough dealing with this pain and I'm not sure what to do. Is there any way to decrease the pain and the number of follicles? I'm looking for a more permanent solution, if possible.
