I fractured my leg over 15 days ago and just got my latest results. Can you take a look and tell me if I need surgery to fix the rod or if it's healing okay on its own?

View allI've been experiencing this constant tightness and strain in my upper chest wall, like it's always tense, especially when I do anything using my left hand. I recently found out my Vitamin D and B12 levels are significantly low from a blood test. I've started taking Tayo 60K for Vitamin D, and just a couple of days ago, I began MeAxon Plus for B12. I'm not sure if these are related, but about 10 months ago, I lifted a heavy bag and twisted my spine, which caused me quite a bit of pain, but it went back to normal the next day. However, the strain in my chest hasn't gone away since then. Can you help me understand what's going on and how I can get better?

I've been told I have mucoid degeneration of the ACL in my left knee can this be managed with just physiotherapy or will I eventually need surgery? I'm worried about long-term damage if I don't get the right treatment early on.
Mucoid degeneration of the ACL can often be managed initially with non-surgical treatments like physiotherapy, anti-inflammatory medications, and in some cases, injections. However, if conservative measures fail or the condition progresses, surgery might be necessary, particularly if there is significant impingement or pain. Early intervention and adherence to a treatment plan are crucial to minimize long-term damage and prevent further complications.

I've had ACL and meniscus surgery back in August, and then in December, I slipped and fell. My knee's not swollen, but it bent all the way back, which hurt for a couple of days. It's been a few weeks now, and I'm back at the gym. I'm pretty sure it's not my ACL, but I'm worried about the meniscus. There are minor pains, nothing too severe, but I don't have health insurance. I can jog and jump, but there's something a bit off in my knee. How can I tell if I might have torn my meniscus?
