I fractured my leg over 15 days ago and just got my latest results. Can you take a look and tell me if I need surgery to fix the rod or if it's healing okay on its own?

View allI've been dealing with a femur fracture from two months ago and had ORIF surgery. After about six weeks, I began walking with the help of a stick, and recently, around 23 days ago, I started walking without any support as my orthopedic consultant advised. The thing is, I'm still limping and there's an imbalance with my affected leg. How can I recover from this and get back to walking normally without a limp?
It is common to experience limping and imbalance while walking after a femur fracture and ORIF surgery. To help improve your balance and achieve normal walking, you can try physical therapy exercises to strengthen the muscles around your hip and thigh. Additionally, you can take pain relievers like acetaminophen to help with any discomfort. Your doctor may also prescribe muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine to help with muscle spasms. Make sure to follow your doctor's recommendations and continue with any prescribed rehabilitation exercises.

I'm really concerned about my mom's upper left arm pain, which is just above her elbow and below her shoulder. It's not super severe, but its enough to disturb her sleep. She used to have pain in her elbow joint, but thankfully that got better. She thinks its because she's not a stomach sleeper and tends to sleep with her arms under her body, but she can't seem to change her sleeping position. She doesn't have any health issues; her blood pressure's usually normal, and her sugar levels were checked last October 2015, along with her Vitamin B12 and D3 levels, which were low at the time. She took the prescribed tablets then but isnt on any medication now. What could be causing this, and should we be doing something differently?
I would advice to undergo Vitamin D3 tests and Vitamin b12 again to know the values now.
