I'm 47 years old with LDL cholesterol of 126, and I weigh 82 kg. Lately, I've been dealing with severe back and legs pain. Can you suggest some food options and exercises that might help with these issues?

I've had knock knees for about 4 years now and I'm 18 - what's the best way to fix this? Do I need to do special exercises, wear braces, or is surgery my only option? It's been bothering me for a while and I'm not sure what to do about it

Mild cases of knock knees can improve with physiotherapy or braces. Severe or persistent cases at 18 may need corrective osteotomy surgery.

I'm experiencing some pain when I'm either standing up or lying down, specifically in my leg near my stomach. It seems to hurt even more when I put pressure on it. There's no blood or anything like that, but should I be concerned about this? What could be causing the pain?

I had an accident a few years back and the doctor said it was just a bone fracture but the issue came up again last year when a scan showed minuscules and a torn ligament do I really need surgery or can this heal on its own

Whether surgery is needed for a meniscus and a torn ligament depends on the severity of the damage, your symptoms, and your overall health. Minor tears may heal on their own, while more significant tears or complications may require surgery according to medical sources
