I've had knock knees for about 4 years now and I'm 18 - what's the best way to fix this? Do I need to do special exercises, wear braces, or is surgery my only option? It's been bothering me for a while and I'm not sure what to do about it

What's the role of the fibula in ankle movement? I had surgery on my tibia and fibula 5 months ago, but my ankle still won't bend no matter how much I try.
