I got bitten by a leech on July 21st, 2019, and since then I've had a tetanus shot and been on antibiotics. Now I'm experiencing some itching and rashes. Should I be worried about any long-term effects or is this a normal reaction?

I'm dealing with this really annoying itching that's been going on since May. At first, it was just itching, but then the spots turned into these reddish round patches. I thought it might be something like ringworm, so I got some ring out ointment from the store, but the itching came back. Sometimes, it gets so bad that it even bleeds a bit. I've been using coconut oil and bathing with Dettol twice a day, but it's not helping much. It's really getting on my nerves. Any idea what could be causing this or how to make it stop?

this looks like a disease called intertrigo, this needs oral and topical antifungal agents, visit dermatologist for appropriate treatment, personal hygiene is most important in such conditions.

I'm worried because my inner thighs are a lot darker than the rest of my skin. I've heard about kojitin cream and I'm wondering if it could help lighten the area. If it works, how long would it take to see results? And if it doesn't work, is there something else I can try to even out my skin tone there?

usually it's darker than rest of the skin for almost everyone no need to worry maintain personal hygiene,if you are conscious visit Dermatologist for appropriate management.

I'm noticing these white spots or bumps at the corners of my lips, and I'm not sure why they're there or how to get rid of them. Also, my lips have become quite dark, and I don't even smoke. What could be causing this, and what steps can I take to improve it? Would love some guidance on this.

dermatologist opinion is advised.
