I got bitten by a leech on July 21st, 2019, and since then I've had a tetanus shot and been on antibiotics. Now I'm experiencing some itching and rashes. Should I be worried about any long-term effects or is this a normal reaction?

I thought it might be something like ringworm, so I got some ring out ointment from the store, but the itching came back. Sometimes, it gets so bad that it even bleeds a bit. this looks like a disease called intertrigo,this needs oral and topical antifungal agents, visit dermatologist for appropriate treatment,personal hygiene is most important in such conditions.

I'm worried because my inner thighs are a lot darker than the rest of my skin. I've heard about kojitin cream and I'm wondering if it could help lighten the area. If it works, how long would it take to see results? And if it doesn't work, is there something else I can try to even out my skin tone there?
