I got diagnosed with Tuberculosis in Amritsar and recently moved to Delhi for better treatment. The new doctor here told me to keep taking the red medicine I got from the government hospital in Amritsar. I did another x-ray, and the report says there's still fluid in my lungs, but the doctor mentioned it should dry up on its own. It's been 15 days on this medication, but I'm still having trouble breathing, keep getting fevers, and my chest hurts a lot. Do you think I should consider fluid aspiration?

View allI'm really worried about my wife's health. A couple of days ago, she started having severe pain and then found it hard to breathe, so we rushed to the closest hospital. Her breathing was really limited, maybe only happening every 10 to 15 seconds. The doctors there suggested we head to a larger hospital right away. It felt like we were about to lose her, but thankfully, once they gave her oxygen, she began to breathe normally within a few minutes. However, her pain continued for nearly an hour afterward. They ran some tests like x-rays, ultrasound, CBC, and lipase, and everything came back normal, so they let her go. But then the following night, she had a similar breathing issue, though she seemed fine after about 5 minutes. The same thing happened again this morning. I'm starting to get really concerned. Is this something serious that we should be worried about? She also forgets things quickly, sometimes shakes, and looks shocked when we wake her up from sleep. Could there be some psychological issues at play here too? I'm at a loss because she was never like this before, not even during COVID, and she doesn't have asthma. I'm really eager to know what's going on with her breathing issues. Any insight would be really helpful.

I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. It feels like my chest is blocked, and there's an unwanted cough that's causing my lungs to feel like they're blocked too. It's making it really hard to run or even catch my breath sometimes. Could this be a chest infection or something else? What can I do to help clear this up?

My husband has been dealing with sarcoidosis for about a year and a half now, and he was on methylpred for a year. He's asymptomatic at the moment, but I'm really curious about how we can tell if the disease is still present or if it's gone into remission. Can a chest X-ray reveal if the disease is still there, or would it show enlarged lymph nodes and other markers even when he's in remission? How can I tell if he's recovering early on?
