I've been having shortness of breath for about a week now, and it seems to be getting worse every day. I'm wondering if pneumonia and tuberculosis leave the same kind of scar on your lungs after you've been treated. Could the scarring look similar, or do they have distinct differences? Just trying to understand what kind of impact these infections might have long-term.
