I got a dog bite last night and rushed to the hospital for the anti-rabies vaccine's first dose. I'm really wondering if it's safe to be intimate with my wife after getting this first shot. Can you advise on this?

I just ended up taking two dolo 650 tablets by accident, like 15 minutes apart. I tried to vomit right after the second one, but I'm not sure if the tablet came out. Is this something to worry about, or is there anything specific I should do now?

No you dont have to worry as you vomit after 15 min as paracetamol, it takes half an hour to one hour for absorption. As paracetamol is safest drug Higher doses lead to increasing risk of toxicity .This much amount will not cause any toxicity

I'm really worried after what happened last night I was nearly drowning in a deep pool without realizing it until I almost ran out of breath. I managed to get out with some help, but I swallowed a lot of the pool water. Initially, I was gasping for air but felt okay after about 20-30 minutes. The problem is now I'm shivering, my left arm is aching, and it seems like I'm taking fewer breaths than usual. I'm feeling super tired and looking pale too. Is this something serious, or is it a normal reaction?

Normal,nothing to worry ok.

I've recently gotten a cut from a blade about 36 hours ago, and I haven't had a tetanus shot in the last 3 years. Should I get a tetanus injection now? I'm a bit concerned and not sure what to do.

It is recommended to get a tetanus injection if you have not had one in the last 3 years. You should get a tetanus toxoid vaccine such as Boostrix or Adacel. The standard dosage for adults is 0.5 mL given intramuscularly.
