I got my nose pierced in February, and now it's March, but my piercing isn't healing well. There's red skin around it, and sometimes a little pus comes out. There's no pain, but there's a small bump, and it just won't heal. I've tried some antibiotics, but nothing's changed. My wedding is coming up soon, and I'm really worried about this. Do you have any advice or solutions for how I can get it to heal faster?

The recommended dosage of Arachitol Nano 60k solution varies depending on your specific condition and the doctor's prescription. It's essential to follow your doctor's advice on the dosage and frequency .
As for when to take it, you can take Arachitol Nano 60k solution with a meal containing fat, as this enhances absorption. So, taking it with breakfast would be a good option .
If you give it to your child tomorrow on Saturday, the next dose would typically be given the following day, Sunday, if the prescribed frequency is once daily. However, please confirm with your doctor or the prescription for the exact frequency and timing.

I got bit on my face by a Nairobi fly and I've tried different ointments, but it seems to be spreading instead of healing. I'm using Colgate now because it's helped others, but I'm really worried about this spreading further. Can you help me figure out what to do?
1. Stop using Colgate: While it may have worked for others, using toothpaste on skin can be irritating and dry out the skin, making the situation worse. 2. Clean the area: Wash the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water to remove any bacteria or debris. 3. Apply a topical antibiotic ointment: Use a topical antibiotic ointment, such as Neosporin or Bacitracin, to help prevent infection and promote healing. 4. Use a hydrocortisone cream: Apply a hydrocortisone cream to reduce inflammation and itching. 5. Avoid scratching: Scratching can lead to further irritation, infection, and scarring. If the symptoms persist, worsen, seek medical attention
