I got my vaccine today, and I'm wondering if it's okay to smoke afterwards. Should I wait before lighting up, and for how long if needed? Is smoking even related to the vaccine at all? I was advised not to drink alcohol after the shot, but no one mentioned anything about smoking. What should I do?

I've been having a fever for the last couple of days. I've been taking medicine, but at night, when the fever spikes, I take Meftal Forte, and then I start sweating a lot, and the fever comes down.
