I've been having a fever for the last couple of days. I've been taking medicine, but at night, when the fever spikes, I take Meftal Forte, and then I start sweating a lot, and the fever comes down. Today's my second day, and I'm feeling better than yesterday. Should I consider getting a dengue test, or is it just a viral fever?

My mom tested positive for COVID five days ago. Right now, she only has a mild fever and feels weak. I attached her chest X-ray report. She's been taking favipiravir, ivermectin, azithral, doxycycline, zinc, and vitamin C. Should we keep going with this treatment, or think about switching to other medications?
Continue all the medications as advised by the physician..

Hey, I've had a fever for the past four days and I've been taking Zanocin, Paracetamol, PanD, and AtoZ. Can you help me figure out how to get better? I'm really concerned about this.
Continue taking the prescribed medications (Zanocin, Paracetamol, Pan-D, AtoZ) as directed by your doctor, and consider the following additional measures to help manage your fever: drink plenty of fluids, rest adequately, use a cool compress or take a cool bath to reduce body temperature, and monitor your temperature regularly; if your fever persists or worsens, consult your doctor for further evaluation and guidance.
