I've been having a fever for the last couple of days. I've been taking medicine, but at night, when the fever spikes, I take Meftal Forte, and then I start sweating a lot, and the fever comes down. Today's my second day, and I'm feeling better than yesterday. Should I consider getting a dengue test, or is it just a viral fever?

I've been feeling really unwell lately. I caught a fever from the cold weather, and to make matters worse, I ended up eating some ice cream. While I was asleep, my family turned on the cooler, and the room got way too cold. So now, I woke up with this nasty cold, a splitting headache, and my fever's just gotten worse since then. What should I do to get better?

don't take cool items

I received a full dose of the anti-rabies vaccine about 7 months back. Yesterday, my cat scratched me again, and there was a tiny bit of blood. I cleaned the scratch with soap and got a tetanus shot. Do you think it's necessary for me to get the rabies vaccine once more?

Depending on the severity of the scratch and the risk of rabies transmission, a booster dose of ARV may be considered. The standard regimen for post-exposure prophylaxis includes a series of rabies vaccine doses, such as Rabipur or Verorab, administered over a specific time period. The healthcare provider will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
