I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery 5 days ago where they took a graft from my ankle. Why is my ankle tingling and why does it hurt when I move my leg? How long until I can walk without any support?

View allMy father has been dealing with knee pain for the last 7-8 months and the doctor mentioned the cartilage between his knee bones is almost gone They recommended a TKR but for now he's taking conjoint 3Denzomaccyra and pegNT meds along with injections every 15 days Is there any other way to fix this without surgery or will these medicines help heal it over time I've attached the xray report for reference
Severe knee pain from cartilage loss may be managed temporarily with injections (hyaluronic acid,PRP) and physiotherapy, but TKR is the only long‚Äëterm solution.
