I had a chest X-ray even though I don't have any symptoms, and it came back showing bronchovascular markings are prominent and there are some small patchy opacities. Should I be worried about this?

I'm a bit worried after getting a chest X-ray done yesterday. I've attached the film above. Could you help me understand if it shows any signs of TB or another infection? The doctor seemed unsure but has already suggested starting anti-TB meds for 15 days. Is it really okay to start that treatment at my age?

I'm experiencing this issue where my breathing feels low during the night, even though all my tests like PFT, echo, and TMT are normal.
