I was just walking normally when all of a sudden, I felt choked and couldn't breathe for a minute. It was really scary. What could have caused that, and should I be worried or see someone about it?

I'm experiencing some shortness of breath, fever, and I just don't feel like eating much these days. I had an x-ray done and it says my bronchovascular markings are prominent. I'm a bit worried about what this could mean. Can you help me understand what's going on?

My wife is 27 and she's been getting treatment for MTB at a government hospital for the last six months. She initially tested positive for rimpfacin resistance after having tuberculous pleural effusion. In her most recent USG, the radiologist mentioned minimal septated pleural effusion with focal pleural thickening. Should we stick with the current treatment plan, or could this be more serious and maybe require a different approach?
