I was just walking normally when all of a sudden, I felt choked and couldn't breathe for a minute. It was really scary. What could have caused that, and should I be worried or see someone about it?

I'm currently undergoing TB treatment and it's been around four months, but I've noticed some blood in my early morning cough sputum again. It's been worrying me, and I'm unsure if this is normal or something to be concerned about. What should I do from here? Could it mean something's not going as planned with my treatment?

I've been having this sharp needle-like pain in my chest on the left side, and my legs are aching too. I'm kind of worried. Could this mean I have a pulmonary embolism?
