I had gallbladder laparoscopy surgery 6 months ago but now I'm feeling some pain around the incision sites is this normal or should I be concerned?

I've been diagnosed with gallbladder stones a month ago - they're 10mm, 11mm, and 13mm in size. For the past 3 months I've had constant fever and chills, extreme weakness that makes it hard to even go outside, bad bloating and indigestion, plus my eyes and face look yellowish. Is gallbladder surgery my best option at this point?

I have an 11 mm supraumbilical hernia and I'm not sure whether to go for laparoscopic or open surgery based on the defect size. What would you recommend for my case?
