View allI've noticed a little pea-sized lump between my chest area and it sometimes comes with chest pain. I did some research online and think it might be the xiphoid process. I'm really concerned and wondering what's the best way to get it checked out. Also, if I need to have it removed, do you know what that kind of surgery might cost?

I had inguinal hernia surgery back in December 2018 and now I'm thinking of joining the gym. What kind of precautions should I take while working out to avoid any issues?
After inguinal hernia surgery, it's important to avoid strenuous activities and heavy lifting for at least 4-6 weeks to allow proper healing. When you are ready to return to the gym, start slowly and gradually increase your intensity. Avoid exercises that put strain on the surgical site, such as abdominal crunches, sit-ups, and exercises that involve heavy lifting or high impact
