I had ICL surgery 5 years back and lately I've been experiencing really bad dryness in my eyes only at night before bed. I use my laptop for about 9-10 hours daily and tried Refresh tear drops but they don't seem to help much at night. What else can I try to relieve this dryness

I've had a partial squint since birth where one eye stays centered when I look to the side left eye when looking right, right eye when looking left. But both eyes work fine when looking straight ahead. Is there a surgery to fix this now? If yes, can you suggest hospitals and contact details?

I have intermittent exotropia and I'm not sure what the best treatment option is for me should I consider surgery or would vision therapy work better? Also, any idea how much the surgery might cost?
