She's been taking Dolo 650 and Okacet 10mg, but they don't seem to be helping much. Could you recommend any other medications that might be safe for her during pregnancy? I'm 41 with regular periods but sometimes get spotting around day 10 or 11. All my blood tests thyroid, prolactin, vitamin B12, CBC are normal, though my HbA1c is 6.1 and I have mild cholesterol. An ultrasound showed polyps, and compared to a scan two years ago, they've grown by 0.9 in size. Do they need to be removed? I'm not sexually active and have a 5-year-old daughter. Could these polyps keep growing, and is surgery necessary? Can I just monitor them for changes? What's the chance they could turn cancerous
