View allMy wife is 37 and in her 8th month of pregnancy with our second baby. She's been struggling with a heavy cold, runny nose, sneezing, cough, a mild fever, headache, and a burning throat with some pain. She's been taking Dolo 650 and Okacet 10mg, but they don't seem to be helping much. Could you recommend any other medications that might be safe for her during pregnancy? We're really concerned and would appreciate any advice you could offer.
Yes, continue same treatment.

I'm 41 with regular periods but sometimes get spotting around day 10 or 11. All my blood tests thyroid, prolactin, vitamin B12, CBC are normal, though my HbA1c is 6.1 and I have mild cholesterol. An ultrasound showed polyps, and compared to a scan two years ago, they've grown by 0.9 in size. Do they need to be removed? I'm not sexually active and have a 5-year-old daughter. Could these polyps keep growing, and is surgery necessary? Can I just monitor them for changes? What's the chance they could turn cancerous

I'm a bit worried about this lump under the skin on my mons pubis. It was painful when I first noticed it, but now it doesn't hurt. It's been a week since I found it. What could this be? Should I see a doctor right away or wait a little longer to see if it changes?
Painless lump under your mons pubis skin could be due to various reasons such as an ingrown hair, a cyst, or a lipoma. It is advisable to have it evaluated by a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and management. In the meantime, you can apply warm compresses to the area to help reduce any inflammation. If it is determined to be an ingrown hair, over-the-counter topical antibiotics like Neosporin can be used. If it is a cyst or a lipoma, further treatment options can be discussed with your healthcare provider.
