I've been diagnosed with a UTI and after some tests, they found an ovarian cyst measuring 42x40 mm. Should a cyst this size require surgery? I'm a bit worried and would like to understand my options better.

Small cysts measuring about 4 cms resolve by itself.Only large cyst about 5-10 requires surgery.

I'm currently on my first round of letrozole and tested positive for pregnancy on cycle day 37. I've got an appointment on Friday, but I'm feeling a bit worried.
