I've been diagnosed with a UTI and after some tests, they found an ovarian cyst measuring 42x40 mm. Should a cyst this size require surgery? I'm a bit worried and would like to understand my options better.

I'm really concerned because my wife, who's 6 weeks pregnant, had a bad toothache last night and ended up taking Zerodol SP. She's pretty worried now. Is that safe?
