I'm 16 weeks pregnant and I've been dealing with this really annoying and severe cough that just won't go away. I'm worried if there's something safe I can take for it, and if this could possibly affect my baby. What should I do?

My wife gave birth to our baby last week, and now she's running a fever. Can she take Combelfam Solo 650 for it? It's just for first aid until we can see the doctor. Let me know if that's okay just for a regular fever.
Yes. Paracetamol is safe during pregnancy and Lactation so it can be consumed. Combiflam contains ibuprofen along with Paracetamol which may lead to bleeding so better to avoid
