My ultrasound report says my right ovary is bulky and there's a 3.2x2.2 cm cyst without septation. Should I be considering surgery for this or will medication be enough to treat it? I'm a bit worried about what this means for my health.

View allI'm reading my medical report, and it mentions that I have a bulky uterus with a few small intra-mural fibroids and a nabothian cyst in my uterine cervix. I'm really curious about what this means and if there's anything I should be worried about. Could you help explain these terms to me in a way thats easy to understand and let me know if it might affect my health or require any specific treatments?
Your ultrasound suggests a bulky uterus, which can sometimes occur due to factors like fibroids. The small fibroids in the muscle wall of the uterus are typically benign. A nabothian cyst on the cervix is also common and generally harmless. It's important to monitor these, but they usually dont cause major issues unless symptoms arise.

can you regain virginity and does it involve surgery what are the health risks if it does
While hymenoplasty, or hymen repair surgery, can reconstruct the hymen and mimic an intact hymen, it does not technically "regain" virginity in a broader, cultural sense. Virginity is a complex concept influenced by personal, social, and cultural factors, and cannot be fully restored through surgery alone
