I had inguinal hernia surgery 28 days ago, but for the past 3 days, I've been having pain in my thyroid area. Could this be related to the surgery or is it something else? Wondering why this is happening now.

It's unlikely that thyroid pain is directly related to an inguinal hernia surgery, especially occurring three weeks after the procedure. While some pain can be expected after surgery, thyroid pain is not a typical symptom. It's possible this could be a separate issue, and it's best to consult with a doctor for proper diagnosis and guidance.

To reduce weight without exercise or surgery, focus on a balanced diet. Reduce intake of sugary and high-fat foods, increase vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins. Practice portion control and avoid late-night eating. Stay hydrated and consider intermittent fasting.
