I had inguinal hernia surgery back in December 2018 and now I'm thinking of joining the gym. What kind of precautions should I take while working out to avoid any issues?

After inguinal hernia surgery, it's important to avoid strenuous activities and heavy lifting for at least 4-6 weeks to allow proper healing. When you are ready to return to the gym, start slowly and gradually increase your intensity. Avoid exercises that put strain on the surgical site, such as abdominal crunches, sit-ups, and exercises that involve heavy lifting or high impact

View allMy scan report shows mild probe tenderness in the right iliac fossa and a mildly dilated appendix at 5mm with a few enlarged lymph nodes in the RIF. It says no perforation but mentions subacute appendicitis. No kidney stones or hydronephrosis were found. Do I need surgery for this or can it be managed with meds?
Subacute appendicitis with probe tenderness can sometimes be managed with antibiotics, but recurrence risk makes surgery advisable.

I've been dealing with a pilonidal sinus and my doctor recommended surgery but I'm worried it might come back. Is homeopathy a good option to treat this without recurrence
Pilonidal sinus is a chronic condition often caused by hair and infection under the skin, and surgery is the most definitive treatment to remove the tract completely and prevent recurrence. While homeopathy may help manage mild symptoms temporarily, it does not address the root cause and has a high chance of recurrence without surgical intervention. It's best to follow your surgeon’s advice for long-term resolution.
