I'm getting ready for my right inguinal hernia surgery soon but I'm not sure if I should shave my groin area before the procedure. Also, I've been having pain all around that area and in my testicles what kind of ultrasound would be best to check that out?

View allI've had an anal abscess for 5 days and my doctor put me on antibiotics. Now they're saying I might need surgery but I really don't want to go through that. Is there another way to treat this without surgery? The pain is unbearable - can't even sit or walk properly and I feel nauseous all the time. What else can I do?

I have a pilonidal sinus that keeps leaking pus and hair every day sometimes there's a lot of discharge should I consider surgery and if so is an open wound or Limberg flap the better option
