I had intercourse, and after one month I checked with a pregnancy test, which was negative. My periods have not come. What should I do to get my periods?

If your pregnancy test is negative after one month, youre most likely not pregnant, and the delay could be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, or thyroid issues. Avoid self medicating to bring your period. Instead, get basic tests like TSH, Free T3, Free T4, LH, FSH, and prolactin, and a pelvic ultrasound. Based on results, your doctor may suggest a short progesterone course to restart your cycle safely.

View allI had dengue right after my last period. Now I got my period 3 ro 4 days late, but it was mostly brown and very light. It lasted only 3 to 4 hours and then I had spotting for 1 day. The pregnancy test is negative. Is this a concern?

I have not had my periods for the past two months. I have a thyroid problem and am taking thyrox 25 mcg medication.

My last period was on 22nd May, and I have not had any periods since then. I took several home pregnancy tests, all of which were negative. My doctor initially advised taking Evacare for 3 months, and recently recommended taking progesterone 5 mg for 5 days. What should I expect, and is this the correct approach?
