I had intercourse, and after one month I checked with a pregnancy test, which was negative. My periods have not come. What should I do to get my periods?

If your pregnancy test is negative after one month, youre most likely not pregnant, and the delay could be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, or thyroid issues. Avoid self medicating to bring your period. Instead, get basic tests like TSH, Free T3, Free T4, LH, FSH, and prolactin, and a pelvic ultrasound. Based on results, your doctor may suggest a short progesterone course to restart your cycle safely.

View allI had withdrawal bleeding last month on 21st October as I had taken two unwanted 72 pills on 11th and 14th October. After that, I consulted a doctor and she said to take a home pregnancy test and that my periods may be irregular in the coming two months. I have taken 4 home pregnancy tests with Prega News and all 4 tests were negative, but I still have not got my periods. What should I do? Please help me out.

I am unmarried and have been experiencing irregular periods due to thyroid issues. My gynecologist prescribed Yasmin tablets for 21 days, starting from the 5th day of my period. I have completed the 21 day course today. Could you please advise when I can expect my next menstrual cycle?

I had dengue right after my last period. Now I got my period 3 ro 4 days late, but it was mostly brown and very light. It lasted only 3 to 4 hours and then I had spotting for 1 day. The pregnancy test is negative. Is this a concern?
