I had loose smelly stool and some pain. I started with Zenflox OZ. I also have celiac. My report says budding yeast in stool positive. What should I do?

Hi sir or madam, for the last 3 months, my baby motions are watery, sometimes semi solid, and sometimes semi solid with mucus. It happens daily up to 8 times. I have attached the report in this mail. I am experiencing what may be a navel displacement, as I have pain in my belly and my digestive system is not functioning correctly.
