I had a lower abdomen ultrasound done recently. I am unmarried and worried about pregnancy. My last menstrual period was on 5th January. I am unsure if the sonographer properly examined my uterus. I have attached my report and ultrasound images for your review.

USG does show the uterus. If it states no pregnancy and LMP is more than 3 weeks ago, it is reliable. If still unsure, do a urine pregnancy test.

Take a UPT Test (Urine Pregnancy) Test or Take a Beta HCG Test Test

My husband and I had unprotected sex on 30th July and took an ipill. After that, we had unprotected sex a couple more times. My period was due on 17th August, but I started feeling dizziness, so I did a home pregnancy test, which showed one dark line and one faint pink line. Does this indicate that I might be pregnant, or could it be a hormonal imbalance due to the i pill? We are not prepared for pregnancy, so I need guidance on what to do next.

I am now 5 days late, and I took a urine pregnancy test when I was 2 days late, which was negative. What are the possibilities of pregnancy at this stage? I am also experiencing PMS like symptoms and white, creamy, non sticky vaginal discharge.
