I had MVR surgery back in 2019 and my doctor prescribed warfarin Acitrom to maintain my PTINR around 2.5-3. I'm wondering if it's okay for me to get the covid vaccine now or if I should wait for more research to come out. If I do go ahead with it, what kind of precautions should I keep in mind?

I'm really worried about my husband. About eight months ago, he had some chest pain, so we went for a check-up. They did an ECG, an echo, and a stress test, and thankfully everything seemed normal, but he had high blood pressure and his triglycerides were around 250. He's been on medication for BP since then, including Prolomet XL 50, Hytel H, Tonact D, and Nulong 5mg. But just yesterday, he experienced chest pain again. We went to the doctor and did another ECG, which came back normal. The doctor said it might be muscle pain and gave him some pain medicine. I'm still worried it could be related to his heart. Should we be looking at other tests, like an echo again or something else, to be sure everything's okay with his heart?

Heart function is less than fifty percent, which is pretty concerning. I'm wondering how I can improve it. Is it possible to fix this with medicine alone, or would I need something like a stent or another type of treatment? Any advice would be appreciated!
i means that there is systolic dysfunction or acute angina, papillary muscle dysfunction or any heart blocks..i would suggest an angiogram procedure to the patient to look into any pathological defects..Patient is advised DASH Diet , low sodium intake, consumption of green leafy negetables,fruits and legumes etc..
