I had pile surgery last year and it's been a year now but whenever I eat or drink water, my stomach bloats up like a balloon. Sometimes it's hard to pass gas and stools don't come out easily either. My chest also feels tight. Is this happening because of indigestion or a gas problem? Could you suggest any Ayurvedic medicine for this?

View allMy 57-year-old uncle's ultrasound showed a few small 2mm echogenic foci in his gallbladder sludge or small calculi. Can this be managed with meds or does he need surgery?
For small gallbladder sludge or calculi (stones) less than 5mm, treatment often involves watchful waiting and lifestyle modifications. Surgery is generally not needed unless the sludge or stones cause symptoms or complications like bile duct blockage.

I've been having a lot of gas trouble along with stomach pain and a headache, and it's not getting better. Could this be something serious? Do I need surgery or any specific treatment?
It could be gastritis or IBS; not likely surgical—diet changes and medication can offer relief.
