I had pile surgery last year and it's been a year now but whenever I eat or drink water, my stomach bloats up like a balloon. Sometimes it's hard to pass gas and stools don't come out easily either. My chest also feels tight. Is this happening because of indigestion or a gas problem? Could you suggest any Ayurvedic medicine for this?

I've been dealing with constipation for about a year now, and it's been really tough. I end up straining a lot, and sometimes a small part of my rectum sticks out after I use the bathroom. It's kind of worrying because I can push it back in, but it still causes some pain, especially when I'm sitting.
