I had really bad stomach pain yesterday and an ultrasound showed a 5mm stone in the mid pole of my left kidney. Can this pass on its own with meds or will I need surgery? What do you suggest for treatment?

View allHad emergency kidney stone surgery last Thursday and still have the urethra stent in. I've called the urologist's office multiple times but keep getting the runaround it's been five days now and I'm really worried. What should I do about getting the stent removed?
It's understandable that you're concerned about the ureteral stent after your emergency kidney stone surgery. After five days, it's important to clarify your situation and get the stent removed. If you haven't been given specific instructions about removing it yourself (with a string attached), you should contact your urologist again and request a removal appointment

Can I take Duralast 30mg twice in one day if I want to use it once in the morning and again at night? And is there a stronger pill out there that can help with delaying ejaculation just for one-time use?
Duralast (30mg) is typically prescribed for once-daily use, and taking it twice in one day may increase the risk of side effects. For delaying ejaculation, there are other options like **Priligy (dapoxetine)**, which is specifically designed for on-demand use. It's important to consult with your doctor before adjusting the dosage or trying new medications.

I've had a circumcision about 20 days ago, and I'm starting to get worried about the incision scar. Is there any cream that can help with scar removal, or are there any other options you would recommend to get rid of the scars?
-I'd advise you to be patient with the healing process, as scars can take several months to improve. Keeping the area moisturized and protected from sun exposure is key to minimizing scarring.
