I had really bad stomach pain yesterday and an ultrasound showed a 5mm stone in the mid pole of my left kidney. Can this pass on its own with meds or will I need surgery? What do you suggest for treatment?

View allI'm dealing with bilateral grade 1 varicocele and it's really uncomfortable. There's this burning sensation and it feels heavy down there. I've noticed my left testicle is hanging much lower than the right one. Is that normal, or should I be worried about something like testicular torsion? Any tips on how to prevent it from getting worse?

I'm 21 and I've been dealing with spermatorrhea. I'm thinking about getting a hormone test to see what's going on. Could you suggest which hormone tests I should consider?
For spermatorrhea, it's important to assess your hormonal balance. You should consider tests like testosterone levels, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and prolactin. A consultation with an endocrinologist or urologist will help guide you further based on your symptoms.

I have a bent penis and want to reduce the curvature permanently without surgery. Does homeopathy actually work for this or is it not effective?
Homeopathic remedies are not scientifically proven to effectively reduce penile curvature caused by Peyronie's disease. While some homeopathic practitioners may claim to have success, there is no strong evidence to support their effectiveness. Peyronie's disease is a condition where scar tissue (plaques) develops in the penis, causing curvature and pain.
