I had sebaceous cyst surgery on November 10th and got my stitches removed on the 19th, but the cut hasn't fully healed there's still a small gap. Now my doctor is recommending putting in two more stitches, one of them dissolvable. Is this the right move or should I be concerned about the healing process?

This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

View allmy mom has a lipoma on the back of her neck and it's causing her discomfort is there any way to treat it at home or will she need surgery
Lipomas are benign tumors made of fat and often don't require treatment unless they cause pain or discomfort. If your mom's lipoma is causing her discomfort, it's best to consult a doctor, who may recommend surgical removal or liposuction. Home remedies are generally not effective for lipomas.

My father was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia at Apollo Hospital Nellore. The laparoscopic surgeon recommended surgery, saying it can't be cured with medicines. His abdomen has been slightly bigger for the past year with swelling at the umbilical area. Is surgery really the only option or can it be treated with tablets
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.
