I had a spindle tumor removed from my left thigh in 2016, then it came back in the same spot in 2020 and I had surgery again. Now the tumor has appeared in my spine what should I do next?

I have several lesions in both my breasts, and they seem to be getting worse each year. Is there any medication that can help with this? I've already had surgery to remove a lesion that was about 3 to 4 cm big. I also did an FNAC needle test, and it showed I have fibroadenoma. Can you give me some advice on what to do next?
