I had surgery at 18 for a urinary infection that left my penis deformed. Now at 33, my penis is only about an inch when erect even when watching films, and my testicles don't react they're very small and don't seem to function. I feel tense with a fast heartbeat when aroused, and while there's some blood flow, my penis stays small. I'm always inactive and worried about this. Could this be hormonal or related to my past surgery? What could be causing this lack of response?

However, if you're feeling comfortable and have no pain or discomfort, it's a good idea to consult with your doctor to ensure everything is healing well before proceeding.
