I had surgery on my humerus about 4 months back and just got an x-ray done yesterday. Can you check if there's any improvement and let me know if it's safe for me to ride a bike now? I've attached the x-ray for reference.

View allI had a partial ACL tear 10 months ago and one doctor said I might need surgery but another suggested physiotherapy exercises could help it recover in about 2 years. Is it really possible for the ACL to heal completely with just physio or should I consider surgery? I'm worried about making the right choice for long-term recovery.
At 10 months after a partial ACL tear, most individuals can expect to have returned to most activities of daily living, including walking and full weight-bearing. However, a full return to sports and high-impact activities may take longer and should be discussed with your doctor. A partial ACL tear can often heal without surgery, but some individuals may still experience knee instability, particularly with more strenuous activities.

I'm dealing with something called avascular necrosis in my hip joints and it's been about two months now. The doctor mentioned something about needing to replace my hip joint. I'm really worried about it. Can you tell me more about what this means and do you think the replacement is necessary?

My doctor said I need surgery for a non-union scaphoid fracture but quoted around 70-80k which is way beyond my budget. Are there any other treatment options or ways to reduce the cost? This seems really expensive for me to handle right now.
Scaphoid surgery is costly due to implant needs. Discuss subsidized options or government hospitals for affordable care if budget is limited.
