I had TB twice, first in 1997 and again in 2012, with surgeries both times. I completed a 2-year course of meds like T.combutol, T.monopass, and others. Now I'm fine, but my weight has gone up to 89 kg. Recent tests show uric acid at 8.1, total cholesterol 207, HDL 35, LDL 139, triglycerides 125. My doctor suggested losing 17 kg in 2 years through gym. Do you think I really need to lose that much weight, given my medical history?

View allI've been having trouble with deep breathing for the past 20 days, and it's really freaking me out. Sometimes it's fine, but other times it comes with a pain that shoots into my back whenever I take a deep breath. I did see a gastroenterologist because I was also having stomach pain, and they mentioned something about stomach lining inflammation. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I should do next?

I'm dealing with some annoying allergies that started yesterday, and now whenever I'm in cold air, I can't stop sneezing. I took Allegra last night, and thankfully, the sneezing has lessened today. However, when I cough, I feel a pain in my rib cage. Is this something I should be worried about? For some context, I had a moderate case of COVID about six months ago and my lungs were affected back then.
