View allI'm feeling this weird vacuum sensation in my left ear, and it's like my hearing's kinda off on that side. I tried using an earbud to see if there's anything blocking it, but there was nothing. I even put some warm oil in there, hoping it would help, but it's still not getting better. What could be going on?

I have DNS and trouble breathing through my nose, no sneezing though. Can you check the CT scan I attached and let me know if I really need septoplasty surgery?
A deviated septum, causing nasal obstruction and breathing difficulty, may or may not require surgery. A CT scan can help assess the severity of the deviation and guide treatment decisions. If the deviation is significant and causing symptoms like difficulty breathing, chronic sinus infections, or nasal obstruction impacting quality of life, septoplasty surgery might be recommended. However, if the deviation is mild and not causing significant symptoms, surgery might not be necessary. A consultation with an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist is crucial to determine the best course of action based on your specific situation and the CT scan results.

I'm dealing with pulsatile tinnitus that I've had for over a month now. It's really strange because it comes and goes, and it switches between my ears, sometimes my left ear, then other times my right. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?
