I had an ultrasound 12 days ago which showed a 9 mm stone in my lower ureter causing kidney swelling. Right now I'm taking homeopathy and neeri tablets but I'm not sure if I should keep taking them for 2 months or if surgery is needed. What type of surgery would be best if I need it?

I've been experiencing some troubling symptoms after I masturbate. My penis starts hurting, and it feels like I need to pee, but nothing happens when I try. Lately, I've noticed my endurance during masturbation has gone down too. I end up feeling weak and sore all over the next day. A few days ago, I even felt a burning sensation under the skin of my penis. I'm really worried and not sure what's going on. Can you help?
These symptoms may indicate an underlying infection or inflammation. I recommend you take an over-the-counter pain reliever like acetaminophen to help with the pain and inflammation. Additionally, you should apply a topical antibiotic cream like Neosporin on the burned area of your penis to prevent infection. It is important to drink plenty of water to help with urination and flush out any potential infection. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

Are there any non-surgical treatments for bilateral grade 2 varicocele besides embolization? I'm wondering if just meds, exercises, or even changing my mattress could help improve it without surgery. Also, does varicocele affect penis size?
no it not affect penile size.
