I had an ultrasound of my neck. My report says the left lobe is enlarged with a cystic lesion of size 20 x 23 mm having separation and echogenic content. The impression is a colloid cyst in the left lobe with an enlarged left thyroid lobe. What does this mean?

Hello Doctor, I am a 33 year old female, mother of two, and have been taking Thyronorm 100 mcg for thyroid treatment over the past 6 years. I recently had a thyroid test, and the results show that TSH and T3 are within the normal range, while Free T4 is slightly elevated. I have no other complaints.
