I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend yesterday, and now Im noticing a bunch of red spots on the head of my penis. They dont itch or hurt, but Im really concerned about whats going on. Could you help me figure out what these could be?

I'm a 26-year-old guy and I've been really stressed about an issue I'm having. There's this membrane-like thing that seems to prevent my foreskin from pulling back properly, and it really stings if I try to force it.
