my foreskin doesn't pull back when I'm hard but it does when I'm soft is this phimosis? I've never had sex so I'm worried if it'll cause pain or if I'll need surgery for it

View allI've been dealing with pain in my foreskin because it's too tight I think it's phimosis. I first noticed this around 7-8 years ago but never talked about it because I felt awkward. Now the pain is getting worse and I'm considering surgery. What do you think I should do?

I had keyhole surgery for kidney stones back in August 2016 but just got an ultrasound scan that showed an 11mm and 5.5mm stone in my right kidney and a 3.5mm stone in my left kidney. I'm really worried about going through surgery again is there any way to treat these stones without surgery or is surgery the only option?
conservaive tt initially,if not responding sx is advised to the patient.
