I had unprotected sex recently, but I took a birth control pill within 72 hours. Now I'm experiencing brown discharge and I've had two periods in the same month. Is this something serious? Could it mean I might be pregnant?

Progesterones can be taken in few doses to induce periods but keep in mind that it is hormone pill with few side effects. So, it is better to not self medicate and consult with a doctor for prescription.

I've been really concerned since my partner started taking cerazette for birth control. She's had this persistent lower abdomen pain that's off and on but it's definitely noticeable. It's been a month now, and not only is she experiencing a lot of pain, but also there's spotting and she hasn't gotten her regular period. Is this normal? The pain really seems like too much for her to go about her usual day. Can you advise on what might be happening or what we should do next?
