I had a varicocele surgery done for my low sperm count which was around 1 million. My doctor prescribed EVION 400 and CO Qmax 300 can you explain how these medicines help and if they'll improve my sperm count?

I've been dealing with cuts on my foreskin for about a week now, and they're just not healing no matter what I try.
