I've been dealing with cuts on my foreskin for about a week now, and they're just not healing no matter what I try. Ive used boroline, candid b, dermikem oc creams, and even took some antibiotics, but nothing's working. It's like they start to heal, but then when I pee or pull the skin back, it gets painful again. It's really embarrassing to think about going to a doctor for this. I did feel a bit of relief after using coconut oil to clean it. Can you suggest any good treatments or medicine to try?

I'm having some white discharge from my penis every morning and I'm really worried. There's no pain, but I'm not sure what's going on. Can you suggest any medication to help with this?

The elevated ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) levels indicate inflammation in the body. Joint pains, leg pains, and finger pains suggest an inflammatory condition, such as Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) or Osteoarthritis (OA). Normal sugar test results rule out diabetes as a cause for the symptoms. Consult a Rheumatologist for further evaluation and diagnosis. They may recommend additional tests, such as CRP, RF, and ANA, to determine the underlying cause. Treatment will depend on the diagnosis, but may include anti-inflammatory medications, pain management, and lifestyle modifications.

I'm currently in the hospital for a bad pain I was having, and they found a 5.7mm stone near my kidney. It shrank to 3mm, and now I'm thinking about switching to homeopathic treatment. Is it wise to leave the hospital for that? I've heard about this leaf called pather chatta that might help. Should I go for it, or could the pain come back?

A Grade 1 varicocele often doesn't require surgery, especially if it's not causing pain or other significant issues. There are several other treatment options, including lifestyle adjustments and medications to manage pain and swelling
