I'm really worried because I'm dealing with pain in the area between my testicles and rectum. I've noticed it's swollen, and when I touch it, the pain gets worse. Can you tell me what might be going on or what I should do to help it?

It sounds like you may have an infection or inflammation, such as epididymitis or prostatitis, which could explain the pain and swelling. I recommend avoiding pressure on the area, using warm compresses for relief, and consulting a doctor promptly for evaluation and treatment, which may include antibiotics.

I noticed a 6mm calculus in the upper pole of my right kidney. Is surgery absolutely necessary or are there medicines that can help dissolve or pass it naturally? I'm a bit worried about invasive procedures and would prefer other options if possible. What would you recommend in this case?
surgery is advised to the patient.

I've had bilateral varicocele for the past 2 years and have been feeling dull pain for the last 10 days. I'm taking Venixmin 900 mg and rutoheal but there's no relief. The surgeon said it's mild and doesn't need treatment, but the pain bothers me. I'm in my 4th year of MBBS and worried about infertility risks. If the pain goes away, do I still need any treatment? What's the best surgery option to prevent recurrence
